No Purchase Necessary. Entries must be received no later than midnight December 31, 2008. Aviation Safety Council publishers of Flying Adventures Magazine (herein known as "ASC") are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, ineligible or misdirected entries. Only one entry per household is allowed.

Requesting Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the United States. 25 years or older. No purchase required. Illegible entries will be disqualified. Employees of the ASC and Hamilton Watch, its affiliates and their immediate family members or others living in the same household are ineligible. One Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 21, 2009. Decision of the judges is final. Odds of winning dependent upon number of eligible entries received.

If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, not responded to within seven days, or the equivalent, disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and is not redeemable in cash, and may not be substituted.
